Exercise

Clinical exercise helps you develop mind-body harmony and a deep sense of wellbeing.

Our programs combine elements of yoga and pilates, as well as general flexibility and strength training. In a relaxed and comfortable setting, we teach foundational skills such as breathing, concentration, and self-awareness. We run our programs in small groups of no more than eight people. And if an exercise class isn’t your thing, we’ll gladly arrange one-on-one sessions.
